Shipping policy

We ship via USPS unless other service is paid for by buyer.  Our processing time is 24 hours from when order was received, during business hours Monday through Friday 8a-6p.  An email confirmation of order received will be issued to email address provided at the time of check out.  We are not responsible for the order once it has been picked up by USPS or other carrier.  Any shipping issues or delays at that point would need addressed with the carrier.  We are not responsible for expired or incorrect shipping addresses, so be sure to double check the contact information before submitting the order.  Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on returned items.
